ThermoFRAME RC — is a factory-made pre-frame, specially designed for installation in openings of single-layer reinforced concrete panels. It forms the precise geometry of a window or door opening and ensures the structural capacity, thermal and sound insulation, as well as complete readiness for window or door installation without additional operations on the construction site.

Construction


• Pre-frame includes horizontal lintels and two vertical posts, made of thermal beams — closed metal profile with perforation in the form of formed "louvers", arranged in a staggered pattern, directed inward.

• The internal cavity is completely filled High-pressure PUR (density ≥50 kg/m³, σcomp = 2 MPa], which eliminates thermal bridges and increases sound insulation.

Mounting to reinforced concrete panel is carried out using anchor bolt connections through porous rubber gaskets.

Posts have their own load-bearing capacity, sufficient for bearing the weight of glazing, wind and operational loads.

Thermal and fire resistance


The thermal beam is protected along its entire length on all sides gaskets made of basalt board, which:

• eliminates direct metal contact

with fire,

• increases overall fire resistance

for thermal and sound insulation.

Ready for window and door installation


• At the factory, the pre-frame can be built-in guides, hinge seats, locks, fasteners, in case it is used as a door frame.

• Installation of windows or doors is carried out without opening modification, directly at the factory or immediately after panel installation on the construction site.

Geometry and formats


• Standard pre-frame sizes:

• Windows: width from 600 to 6000 mm, height from 600 to 3000 mm;

• Doors: standard 900×2100 mm (single-leaf], doubles possible;

• Post thickness: from 60×60 mm to 150×60 mm (depending on required strength];

• The pre-frame is supplied assembled with the reinforced concrete panel, ready for interior finishing installation

and additional insulation, setting its thickness and surface level.
