Thermo-reinforced beam for modular construction
ThermoBEAM — is a multifunctional load-bearing beam combining structural rigidity with integrated thermal and sound insulation. Designed as a key element of the modular system KARKASYS, ThermoBEAM replaces traditional steel profiles and insulation layers with a single industrialized element that increases strength and eliminates thermal bridges.

Thermal cut in "louvre" pattern, arranged in a staggered pattern, combined with PUR eliminates thermal bridges and provides effective sound insulation.
