License conditions
1. Legal basis
• All licenses are provided on the basis of an official licensing agreement.
• The agreement is registered with OEPM (Spain] and/or in international systems (PCT, WIPO], if necessary for the territory of action.
2. Regional and project binding
• The license can be issued for a specific region (for example, an autonomous community of Spain, a country or a group of countries].
• A project license is possible — use of the technology is limited to a specific construction project.
3. Financial terms
• Lump-sum payment (fixed amount upon contract signing].
• Royalty — a percentage of revenue or a fixed rate per m² of manufactured or installed structures.
• Minimum guaranteed payments (monthly or annually].
4. Time limitations
• The license term can be from 3 to 20 years, depending on the type of agreement.
• Possibility of extension with parties' consent.
5. Licensee obligations
• Compliance with quality and technology standards KARKASYS.
• Reporting on production and sales.
• Use of brand names and logos in accordance with the brand book.
6. Support from KARKASYS
• Provision of documentation, instructions and technical consultations.
• Possibility of staff training.
• Access to updates and new versions of technologies (depending on the license type].

System KARKASYS consists of a set of modules, each of which has patent protection and can be used as part of the overall platform or as a standalone solution. All technologies are available for licensing, except for the basic thermal beam ThermoBEAM, which remains in our exclusive production.

• Regional — limited to a country or group of countries.
• Local — tied to a specific region or enterprise.
By duration
• Term — provided for a fixed period (for example, 5 years].
• Perpetual — not limited in time, subject to compliance with licensing obligations.
