Pilot project KARKASYS in Alicante

This spring in Alicante, construction of a residential building with 5 apartments began, which will be the first building fully implemented using the technologies of the system KARKASYS.

The 484 m² building includes 3 floors and will be assembled from modular elements: facade panels PanelKIT, load-bearing frame CoreFRAME, floor slabs FloorKIT, window and door pre-frames ThermoFRAME, as well as UHPC panels PanelCORE. All connections are made using nodes FixKIT.

The project demonstrates the advantages of the system — energy efficiency (class "A"], high installation accuracy, reduced construction time and durability of structures. This building will showcase how KARKASYS combines patented technologies into a unified architectural ecosystem.
