Next-generation modular facade system
PanelKIT — is a patented facade system based on the principle of a panel kit: an assembled structural frame that can be insulated, finished and installed without the need for own high-tech production. The system is focused on decentralized production, scalability and integration with any architectural environment.

Structural system
PanelKIT consists of the following elements:
• Thermal beams: closed steel profile with thermal cuts ("louvres"], internal reinforcement and rigid PUR filling. Provides load-bearing capacity, thermal and sound insulation, including corner elements forming external and internal facade corners.
• Thermal profiles: perforated metal elements with thermal breaks that increase rigidity and reduce thermal conductivity.
• Ready-made pre-frames (windows and doors]: integrate into the frame without disrupting the thermal insulation circuit.
• Mounting connections: corner elements, hidden locks, adjustable brackets HOOK-BRACKET и TELEBRACKET.

Production model
PanelKIT uses a two-step approach:
1. Centralized production thermally insulated elements and precision frame;
2. Local assembly: insulation, finishing and installation — in a workshop or on a construction site.

• In flat pack — for transportation and assembly on site;
• Custom sizes and placement of embedded parts for the project.

Mounting and connections
• Hinged installation: using adjustable bracket HOOK-BRACKET (anchored to the upper slab];
• Inter-floor installation: using telescopic bracket TELEBRACKET;
• In the system CoreFRAME: using tongue-and-groove connection, in which grooves are formed in the upper and lower edges of the panel, and the tongue is the load-bearing beam of the building frame.
• Without welding, wet processes and heavy equipment.
