KARKASYS — is a new generation construction system that combines thermally insulated structural components into a single technological platform, fully ready for assembly and installation.
The system is designed for industrial housing construction, but easily adapts to individual projects and building renovation.
Key principles
• Modularity — all elements (posts, beams and floor slabs, enclosing structures] have standardized sizes and interfaces.
• Integration of functions — each part simultaneously carries a structural, thermal insulation and installation function.
• Industrialization — production of all elements takes place at the factory, including insulation, embedded parts and mounting nodes.
• Quick installation without welding and wet processes — the system is designed for on-site assembly without cement, bolted connections and welding.

Application flexibility
• The system can be used entirely, as a full-fledged module for a building, or
element by element, for example:
• Facades only PanelKIT — in reconstruction, in buildings with reinforced concrete frame
• Pre-frames only ThermoFRAME — in a building with reinforced concrete frame, in frame houses
• Floor slabs only FloorKIT — when replacing slabs in panel buildings.

• Heat transfer coefficient: U ≤ 0.20 W/m²·K.
• Sound insulation: from 43 dB to 59 dB.
• Simplification of logistics and storage: all elements are standardized.
