FloorKIT is a pre-assembled factory floor slab with an insulated steel base and ready-made concrete screed, designed for modular building assembly and compatible with the system KARKASYS. The slab combines the rigidity of a metal profile, thermal and sound insulation, geometric accuracy and ease of installation.

Benefits

• High load-bearing capacity combined with low self-weight.

• Factory precision and quality of all elements.

• Reduction of installation time by 3-4 times compared to prefabricated and by tens of times compared to monolithic floor slabs.

• High energy efficiency through integration of basalt insulation.

• Possibility of integrating engineering channels and mounting embedded parts at the production stage.

• Full compatibility with panels PanelKIT and beams CoreFRAME, including the use VU-connector.

Mounting

• Lifting and positioning is performed using eyebolts.

• The slab is installed without wet processes, welding and formwork.

• Ensures precise fit in modular frame CoreFRAME or between load-bearing beams of traditional frame buildings or in buildings with load-bearing walls.

• If necessary — can be partially integrated into a monolithic floor slab scheme.

Dimensions and specifications

• Slab width — 1200 mm (standardized for modular construction].

• Length — according to the project (within transport dimensions].

• Concrete grade C30.

• Regulatory load — residential building.

Construction

• The load-bearing part is made of trapezoidal metal profiles made of S355 steel with perforation to improve thermal-acoustic insulation characteristics.

• Profiles at the ends are rigidly connected to side channels, which are equipped with mating parts of VU-connectors. Nuts welded to the inner surface of the upper flange of the trapezoidal profile, with an installation pitch of 300×300 mm, installation height of 25-30 mm, serve for reliable bonding of the load-bearing element of the floor slab with the concrete screed.

• basalt boards with a density of 125 kg/m³ are installed in the lower and upper waves of the trapezoidal profile.

• The upper surface is poured with concrete screed (up to 100 mm], reinforced with welded mesh Ø6 mm (cell 150×150 mm].

• Formwork required for pouring is attached to the frame through standard nuts at the corners, provided for eyebolts, which eliminates the use of individual forms.
